Romance Advice from Dr. Laszlo








In his hay-day, Dr. Laszlo was known for his knowledge of skincare but he also became somewhat of a go to media expert - weighing in on everything from nutrition to romance. Countless newspapers and magazines featured Dr. Laszlo's opinions on lifestyle topics of the day.

One such newspaper article was from the Connecticut Sentinel from 1940 and includes some very interesting opinions on flirting. Dr. Laszlo was a big proponent of romance and even exclaimed that it could help your skin. So in time for Valentine's Day we have included some advice from Dr. Laszlo about the right way to flirt and the benefits for your complexion.

It stimulates the mysterious glands that make the essential harmony between her outlook on life and her appearance. Flirting makes her heart beat faster, stimulating her blood stream and thereby clearing her skin of blemishes, brightening her eyes and adding a gloss to her hair."
